Main features of FACSMicroCount:
Currently mainly used for microbial limit testing
Instrument+reagent+software+application, overall solution
Fully automated (sample tube cap removal, reagent addition, staining, oscillation, sample loading, detection, result reporting), requiring only simple sample pretreatment
High throughput, capable of loading 42 samples at once and supporting continuous loading
Fast (15-20 samples per hour)
Accurate and highly consistent with traditional methods
It can be used for both quantitative counting and qualitative detection
Flexible program, simple and easy-to-use program
Widely used, with a large number of successful installation cases
Original factory IQ/OQ/PQ certification and compliance with 21 CFR Part 11
Countable microorganisms:
Gram positive bacteria
Gram negative bacteria
Chlamydia/Mycoplasma
Spiral bacteria
anaerobic bacteria
spore
Parasitic cyst
Filamentous bacteria, yeast, and mold
Detection principle:
Using patented nucleic acid fluorescent dyes and auxiliary reagents, specifically stain live or dead bacteria or all microorganisms.
In the high-speed flowing sheath fluid, the microorganisms in the sample to be tested are individually detected by the laser.
Dual laser detection simultaneously obtains fluorescence values, shape, diameter, and other information of microbial cell nucleic acid.
The supporting software automatically analyzes and provides results.
Working principle of automation:
The instrument is equipped with a fully automatic reagent addition device, a robotic arm and clamp, an automatic oscillation device, and an automatic sample loading device.
Users only need to perform simple preprocessing on the quality control samples, which can be placed into the instrument, select the program, and the instrument will fully automate all subsequent work until the analysis results are provided.
A large number of optimized programs are pre installed in the operating software, which can be used for various common quality control microbial analysis and counting experiments.
